Property Compliance Support Packages
Have peace of mind with our compliance services support packages which include an annual property compliance review of the “big five”, a 24 hour/ 365 day helpline, and property compliance training for Boards and leadership teams, as well as Board observation.
Ensure the Board knows what it needs to know and learn how to overcome the most common property compliance pitfalls through robust governance and strong effective leadership. These one day training sessions are delivered by our most senior and experienced consultants.
Have a Board meeting observed and critiqued by leading property compliance specialists and learn how to improve your grip on assurance and governance in respect of statutory property compliance. This will be followed by a recommendations report outlining your opportunities for improvement.
Policies, procedures and process mapping
Have your property compliance processes reviewed with an interactive consultant led session and any required policies and procedures rewritten ensuring they are legally compliant, robust and operationally fit for purpose. This also helps to ensure that statutory obligations are understood and that accountabilities and responsibilities at both a strategic and operational level are clear.
This will involve taking exports of all compliance data from across your systems and/or spreadsheets, and then undertaking a review and cleansing process which will give you assurance that the data you hold is accurate, up to date and most importantly, legally compliant.
