Cost management is essential for the success of any construction project. Our Quantity Surveyors provide a range of support to clients, from helping to find the funds required to get the project started, to managing the costs and contracts involved. Appointing the right Quantity Surveyor should be a key part of any project.
Pennington Choices are RICS accredited and our Quantity Surveyors have a vast deal of experience in working within healthcare. We understand the complex nature of healthcare buildings, such as their build and how they operate in relation to patients and staff. This understanding ensures our Quantity Surveyors correctly estimate the costs of a project, from initial planning stages through to handover.
We host in-depth discussions at the initial stages of the project to ensure that a robust budget is set, and the correct contract is chosen, together with the appropriate tender documentation. Our aim on every scheme is to encourage teamwork between client, designers and contractors to ensure a collaborative approach to schemes.
