Senior Project Manager

The business is going through a period of substantial growth and we embarked on a new 5-year business plan in April 2019.

In order to achieve our aspirations, we require a Senior Project Manager to support our Projects division to deliver our growing order book.

The initial focus of the role is to support the delivery of pre and post contract PM services from feasibility through to construction for our NHS, health care and social housing clients.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • To support Project Management commissions, taking responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standards.
  • To lead PM commissions on complex projects.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree.
  • Project Management experience on varied projects and academic background (minimum 3 years post degree experience).
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, Project and Excel.
  • Experience of various scales construction projects.
  • A level of technical / construction qualification is essential, ideally a RICS building or quantity surveyor.

Desirable

  • Degree in related discipline.
  • Experience in similar or related discipline.
  • Experience of working within either of the NHS / healthcare or social housing sectors would be preferred but is not essential for the right person.
