Statutory property compliance
With increased focus on governance, statutory property compliance is now a top priority for social housing providers.
- Are you confident that you fully comply with your statutory health and safety obligations?
- Is there evidence of a specific incident or do you have concerns about an area of statutory property compliance, for example, gas, electrical, asbestos, water hygiene or fire safety?
- Would external challenge of your compliance arrangements help senior managers and the governing body to achieve assurance in respect of co-regulation?
We understand that ensuring your legal property compliance requirements are met is a complex and onerous task. Compliance with the home standard in the regulatory code is a key focus for the HCA, and governing bodies need to ensure that your organisation is on track.
Pennington Choices has 17 years experience working as a specialist housing consultancy and has completed over 170 consultancy projects nationwide. We’ve worked for housing associations, local authorities, ALMOs and contractor businesses.
Our compliance services can be tailored to suit the needs of your organisation and our leading property compliance consultants can provide you with the assurances you need in the face of increasing scrutiny by the HCA.
