As part of the building and quantity surveying team, project managers can expect to be heavily involved with our clients. Providing reports, updates and attending project update meetings.
The role of a project manager is mixed between on-site work, where you will carry out inspections, and office work, where you will be tasked with completing reports and updates. You will also work alongside our in-house bid team to help write tender submissions for new contracts and projects, in addition to providing monthly billing and forecast updates to the service area leaders.

With this role comes the opportunity to undertake technical qualification courses such as a domestic energy assessor (DEA) and an on construction domestic energy assessor (OCDEA). There is also the opportunity to be sent on the PRINCE 2 project management qualification – a recognised qualification in the project management market.
