Working as a scheduler at Pennington Choices makes you an integral part of our business as you are the fuel which powers our ability to provide clients with an efficient, versatile and high quality service.
On a daily basis you can expect to work within a dynamic team to effectively deploy our field-based operations in the most efficient way, including booking appointments on a contract by contact basis. You will also be tasked with handling inbound and outbound telephone calls and managing tenant enquiries in a friendly and helpful manner, as well as responding to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
