Firstly, we are a B2B (business to business) company, meaning all of our marketing is targeted towards other businesses. We work closely with the different service managers across the business, in order to develop marketing campaigns and understand our USPs (unique selling points that ensure we stand out from our competitors).

Briefly, the marketing team are responsible for:

  • Planning marketing strategies and advertising campaigns;
  • Maintaining and updating our company website;
  • Generating engaging content for and managing our social media channels;
  • Liaising with our design and marketing agencies;
  • The creation of news stories and blogs;
  • Acting as a guardian of the way our brand looks and communicates;
  • Writing blog posts, newsletters and brochures;
  • Analysing campaign results;
  • Organising Pennington Choices masterclass events and our attendance at exhibitions and trade shows;
  • The production and delivery of printed literature, such as corporate brochures.
  • Producing our monthly internal newsletter;
  • Competitor analysis;
  • Maintaining our CRM systems (customer database), ensuring they are kept up-to-date in order to generate sales.
