As a Bid Writer at Pennington Choices you can expect to work with every arm of the business to write our project tender submissions. It is a very sociable role that requires you to be able to decipher what each tender requires and then utilise our staff’s expertise to form the basis of our bids.

Every day is different, exciting and challenging; you must be braced to work hard but also willing to work as a team and to support each other in order to create a quality piece of work. Bid writing requires the wearing of many hats, particularly in a multi-disciplinary organisation, where being able to multi-task efficiently is essential.
