Working as a Stock Condition Surveyor at Pennington Choices you can expect to be a part of a motivated, growing team that delivers a high volume of surveys on a weekly basis. Our client base is nationwide, and each one is different which will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in understanding and managing client expectations.
You will also be responsible for delivering our full range of services to new and existing clients including; reviewing client asset management databases, creating bespoke executive reports with statistically accurate 30-year planned maintenance forecasts, and also setting up survey designs and reviewing survey configurations.
Our stock condition service area is also one of the fastest growing areas of the business, making it also one of the most exciting for you to be a part of.
