Mark Seaborn, Managing Director of Pennington Choices, said: “Sarah has been with Pennington Choices for almost two years’ and within that time she has excelled both inside and outside of the business in becoming one of the UK housing sector’s most influential figures.

“Sarah’s hard work, dedication, and passion for all aspects of building and tenant safety, is second to none. She has displayed high levels of knowledge, management and compassion in overseeing our compliance service delivery, and has been a key figure in the success it has seen. Sarah has more than earned this promotion and she should be extremely proud of her achievements so far.

In the two years that I have been at the company, I have been proud to see us grow and develop into one of the country’s leading property surveying and consultancy businesses, and I’m really excited by our investment plans and future goals.
