What is the ISO 45003?
ISO 45003 is the world’s first international workplace standard with the purpose of providing better support surrounding psychological health and safety within the workplace. Included within the standard is guidance on recognising the psychosocial hazards affecting employees, such as those working from home and what employers need to be offering staff to improve their wellbeing.
Based on ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, which was written to help organisations of all sizes with their occupational health and safety management, ISO 45003 enhances these standards to focus more on health and wellbeing.
