For any organisation, no matter of its size and financial backing having an embedded health and safety culture is critical. Why? Because it will ensure that your staff, customers and the general public remain safe and well at all times.
To aid your health and safety culture, ensuring that your staff are well-trained to handle and understand unsafe situations is key, and the IOSH Working Safely and Managing Safely courses have been designed to be fun, impactful and engaging to make sure that your staff understand what to do when an unsafe situation arises.
