What is the Gap Analysis?
Our Gap Analysis is a high level desktop review against the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recognised standards (HSG65 and ISO45001). The review provides a good starting point in appraising your organisations safety management system.
What is the benefit of the Gap Analysis?
The review will identify what you are doing well in terms of Health and Safety, and where there are opportunities for further focus and improvement.
Where will the Gap Analysis take place?
The review will take place at your organisation Head Office, along with any representative sites by one of our experienced and qualified Health and Safety Consultants.
What will be the outcome of the Gap Analysis?
Once complete, you will be provided with a report outlining a series of recommendations based on the findings our consultants have found. This will be displayed using a clear red, amber and green (RAG) colour key.
The report will also provide a clear and pragmatic action plan, with actions given a recommended timeframe for completion, based on a prioritised level of risk.
Our Gap Analysis will provide you with the ideal starting point to develop a strong Health and Safety culture, which can be used to set out a longer term plan for any further support/investment that may be needed.
