  • The Gas (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 – Regulation 36
  • Annual safety check
  • Gas Safe registered engineers
  • Keeping records for two years
  • Issuing the LGSR to the tenant within 28 days
  • Displaying LGSR in communal buildings
  • Regulation 36 (3) – readiness and response to changes in October 2017
