“I am the account manager for electronic performance certificates (EPCs), therefore am frequently involved with client interaction around EPC contracts and projects. I work on a daily basis with our scheduling team to manage client expectations, service delivery and associate surveyor management. I often provide reporting updates for clients as well as attending progress or update meetings.
“I am also involved in other energy service projects such as technical monitoring for British Gas, which involves managing surveyors and providing data reporting of the completed audits at the end of each quarter.
“I am the project lead for two government fuel poverty schemes in Wales and Scotland. We act as the quality assurance agent checking the customer journey at various stages, such as; the pre-install, checking the customer and property eligibility, work in progress and live on-site audit checking (to check that the installers are installing to the specification and are conforming to health and safety). The final inspection is at the post installation stage where we check that the system has been fitted correctly, and is conforming within its specification and health and safety regulations.”
